Hell-O Everyone,

How the hell are ya'll today? May my message find all well on the home front for you and yours. Best of health to all! As always, it's been great to hear from everyone, and thank you for all the well wishes on the Club Anniversary. A.F.F.A

All is fine at my end. I am still training with the weights and doing my cardio. I have lost over 40 lbs and have a few more to go before I reach my goal. I took some photos last week. I'll put one up on here for you to see.

There will be a new design of the shirts next month. A member from California is drawing it up. As I said before, the monies all go to the BHC Salem and to any new cases that come up. It's helped a lot and we thank you very much for your support! The fight for Freedom never ends and the cost of it just keeps going up, I'm sorry to say. As my friend Sonny once said, "I never said freedom was cheap." (Ralph Sonny Barger)

I look forward to getting some photos from you guys/girls of the bike event this summer. I really enjoy getting them!

It's important you all try to get along on the support sites and keep the focus on what they are for: support, friendship, and unity. We can stand together as Brothers and Sisters, or fall apart as fools.

Hey Everyone,

How the Hell are ya'll doing out there? As always, may my message find all of you and your families in the very best of health and spirits! Man, it's been great hearing from everyone! As I said before, I read every word more than once.

All is fine at my end. Just keeping to myself and staying healthy both in mind and body. I've lost 37 lbs and I feel like I have a lot more energy. It's the rainy season here, but it's not as bad as last year. The weights are outside, but if you're a real weight trainer you go out there rain or shine. :-) I really dig it. If there is anything I can do for any of you, let me know and I'll do my best. You all give it Hell out there and keep in touch.

Lisa M. - I did get your card, but your return address was incomplete.

Benoli - It made my day to hear from you! Tell Chuck I send my very best. Drop me a line here at the prison.

Steve A. - Great to hear from you, man. Good luck with the van. Write me here.

Because of Facebook, we heard from a lot of the old Saugus Crew. It's been great!

Hell-O Everyone,

May my message find you all and your families in the very best of health and spirits! It was great to get your feedback on my last message and see that ya'll understood and respected how I handled the x-mas cards... I am still getting holiday cards. It's awesome and, as I said, I always return the respect! No matter how many times I say that your letters, cards, and photos mean a lot to me, it never loses its meaning!

Some of you have been real good about keeping me up to date on things going on out there and in the cyber world. It's good to be in the know, by seeing who's who, and sad to see people going back and forth with drama, etc...

Things with me are good, being taken good care of by family, Club, and friends. I've lost 35 lbs. since October. I feel great both in mind and body! I am training like a bear with the weights and cardio. The weather has been real good with lots of sun, but cool not cold.

Thanks again for buying and wearing the Free Greg Domey shirts, sunglasses, etc... It makes me proud and helps "us" Salem BHC guys! Mary was out here again this weekend. She had on a pair of the sunglasses. I really liked how they looked! You're all welcome to use any of the photos on the site on your sites, or make copies for yourself. I don't trip about that stuff, nor does Mary trip about girls writing. She wants me to get all the support I can.

Well, enough about me. Thanks for your comments about showing support for "our" troops. They are the backbone of our country and I am very thankful and proud of them!

Hell-O Everyone,

How the Hell are ya'll today? May my message find you all in the very best of health and spirits! Happy New Year, may you and your families have a truly happy, healthy, and safe one! I did things a little different this year. Most years, I have my holiday cards sent out by the first of December. But this year, I thought I'd wait to see who sent me a card first before I sent mine out.

I really want to thank everyone who sent me a card, and every one of you will receive a holiday greeting back.

I'm getting my cards every day still and I am writing notes in return, with a photo. The cards they sell us here are 80 cents plus the stamp, can run into a few bucks! I know it don't sound like much to you out there, but we get about 12 cents an hour in here.

My X-mas was awesome! Mary came and we had a lot of laughs. We sat out in the cold and drank hot chocolate. And, of course, thanks again to all of you for your support around the holidays, and throughout the year.

I know the holidays can be tough on people, because they have a way of reminding us of who we've lost and aren't there to spend them with us. Each year, People magazine lists the names and ages of all the soldiers we lost over the past year. Most of these men and women are very young. Hats off to our American troops!!! And hats off to all of you for your love and support to the Hells Angels Motor Cycle Club!!!

Hell-O Everyone,

How the Hell ya'll doing today? May my message find everyone in the best of health and the highest of spirits! By now, those of you who took the time to write have been receiving my return letters, and if ya haven't yet ya will soon. I've said it a number of times, but I'll say it again. Thank you! I really dig getting the letters and photos! It means a lot to me!

I realize a lot of you hit up my site, because you're supporters of the Hells Angels and our Big House Crew. And it's an honor to know so many of our Support Club come to my site. And, in an odd way, it's a bit flattering that non-support clubs and such visit the site! It's all good, my own life is an open book. That said, I'll give a brief Bio on myself for those who I haven't had the chance to meet, yet...

I've been a Hells Angel my entire adult life! I was the youngster who would always get jammed up in junior high for writing "Support Your Local Hells Angels" on my school books. If ya remember, back in the day we had to cover our books with old brown paper bags.

I graduated high school in 1978, was a prospect in 1979, and a member in 1980. I made member when I was 20 years old. It's been one Hellofa roller coaster ride. Some folks take the ride with their eyes closed, white-knuckled on the sharp turns and steep hills. Others of us take it with our eyes wide open, hands held over our heads, enjoying all the ups and downs life has to offer.

I'll leave you on that note. With all my respect, thanks for being a great bunch of friends and showing your support and respect to me and mine. Give it Hell out there and keep up the good fight! And hats off from me and mine to all our American troops.

Hi Everyone,

May this letter find everyone in the very best of health and the highest spirits possible.

I know I owe some of you letters, let me explain the delay in getting back to you. Since my birthday, I got it in my head that I need to get some weight off... So, I'm on a weight reduction program. I've been doing 1 1/2 to 3 hours of cardio a day and changed my eating, or choice of foods. It's all working. Some might ask, why don't ya just say you're on a diet? Well, it's because I'm not on a diet. Diets don't last and they are no fun. :-) I'm still weight training five days a week, but I don't go too heavy. I use 225 lbs for five sets of ten on the bench. I feel great both in mind and body. It's great to be young at heart. So what I am saying is please be patient with me for the next month till I reach my next goal in my weight reduction program.

I *never* take it for granted that friends take the time to write. I read the letters and cards I get 2 or 3 times to make sure I don't / didn't miss anything. Mary sent me the messages everyone sent and they made my day! You guys are a great bunch of friends to take time to show me your friendship and support. I really look forward to meeting everyone!

I'd like to thank everyone again who bought support gear from the FreeGregDomey.com site. The monies go to help a number of B.H.C guys. You guys are the best!

Be sure to do what you can to show thanks to our troops, who fight to keep America and the world strong!!!

I really want to thank everyone for their best wishes for my B-Day, and especially those who took the time to send me a card or letter here. It was truly awesome to hear from ya'll. I had a great B-Day! Mary came and spent the weekend, so we could do our B-Days together. Her's is October 4th, along with my son Greg's. If you'd like, you're more than welcome to send Mary a card at the Free Greg Domey web site address, and send your best wishes to Greg, Jr. on his Facebook page.

I have to tell ya, you guys are a great bunch of friends! As most of you have figured out, I have no computer access, though I do have email. Mary runs the Facebook and of course the FreeGregDomey.com web site for Salem. She sends me in the comments and messages... I do have her send people messages for me, but I'd rather not put her through that. If you'd like me to answer a question, etc... it would be better to write me here. I really like hearing from everyone. It makes my day. I read "every word" that is sent to me! Again, I really want to thank everyone for making my Birthday an awesome one!

Things here with me are going along alright. I weight train five days a week, and do my cardio seven days a week. I have a few more years to go. I just started my 15th year on September 5th. I've been moved to eight different prisons to do my time, and spent time in seven others along the way - in hold overs, etc... It's been one hellofa roller coaster ride. I do every day of it with my chin up and chest out, proud to be who I am and what I am! I'll leave ya with those thoughts... Have a great day!

I hope everyone is in the best of health and the highest of spirits today. The whole Facebook thing is really cool! It made me so happy to hear from some old dear friends of mine from days long past! And I'm really digging meeting all my new friends on this site! The support and friendship means alot to me. One day we will all have to have a big party get loose and have some fun. Though I don't drink or drug! You'd never know it, because I love to party and laugh. Mary sent me everyone's messages and comments. I will do my best to answer them. I've said it before, but if ya just signed on, I'll say it again, you're all more than welcome to write me here at the prison. Getting mail at mail call is a great feeling. I answer all my mail. Send photos also. I really enjoy getting them. I want to really send a special thanks to those of you who have bought support gear from this FREEGREGDOMEY.COM site. That really means alot to me. And it's an honor to know you wear a shirt, glasses, etc. with my name on it. It's a great feeling to know you're not forgotten! We would love to put your photo up on the site wearing a shirt... I want everyone to know Mary runs this site in support for all of Salem's BHC - there are three members from Salem in prison. Mary sends all the money to the charter for the BHC and legal cost for things that may come up for us, etc. I will thank you in person for sure when I get home. I have to say it again, its a true honor for me to know you wear these shirts! Please link the site up to yours and others for "us". It will really show your support for me and the Salem 81. Thank you very much!
