Hell-O Everyone,

May my message find you all and your families in the very best of health and spirits! It was great to get your feedback on my last message and see that ya'll understood and respected how I handled the x-mas cards...  I am still getting holiday cards. It's awesome and, as I said, I always return the respect! No matter how many times I say that your letters, cards, and photos mean a lot to me, it never loses its meaning!

Some of you have been real good about keeping me up to date on things going on out there and in the cyber world. It's good to be in the know, by seeing who's who, and sad to see people going back and forth with drama, etc...

Things with me are good, being taken good care of by family, Club, and friends. I've lost 35 lbs. since October. I feel great both in mind and body! I am training like a bear with the weights and cardio. The weather has been real good with lots of sun, but cool not cold.

Thanks again for buying and wearing the Free Greg Domey shirts, sunglasses, etc...  It makes me proud and helps "us" Salem BHC guys! Mary was out here again this weekend. She had on a pair of the sunglasses. I really liked how they looked! You're all welcome to use any of the photos on the site on your sites, or make copies for yourself. I don't trip about that stuff, nor does Mary trip about girls writing. She wants me to get all the support I can.

Well, enough about me. Thanks for your comments about showing support for "our" troops. They are the backbone of our country and I am very thankful and proud of them!
